1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using InnerJourney, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter this agreement.
2. Service and AI role
InnerJourney is an AI journaling and reflection tool. It is not a person, clinician, medical device, healthcare provider or emergency service. AI output can be incomplete, inappropriate or wrong and must not be relied on as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Seek a qualified professional for health decisions.
3. Crisis limitations
InnerJourney may detect some crisis wording and show general resources, but detection is automated and can miss danger, misunderstand context or provide unavailable resources. The service does not monitor you, contact emergency responders or guarantee intervention. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate registration information, keeping credentials secure and activity under your account. Do not use the service unlawfully, harm others, probe security, scrape protected content, disrupt the service or share an account in a way that defeats limits.
5. Free period and limits
New accounts currently receive 7 days of access without a card. After that, the free plan has the daily AI-message limit returned by the service configuration. An active Premium subscription removes that daily message limit. Features, limits and eligibility may change prospectively; the product and checkout show the current offer.
6. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Checkout and billing are handled by Creem. The amount, currency, billing interval, taxes and renewal terms shown at checkout control your purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancellation is scheduled. Use “Manage subscription” in the account page to open the Creem customer portal; provider confirmation, not merely clicking a button, determines cancellation status and the access end date.
7. Refunds
InnerJourney does not promise automatic refunds, refunds for partial periods or a particular provider outcome. Any refund request is evaluated under applicable law and the terms displayed by Creem at purchase. Contact support@innerjourney.space with the order details; do not send full card data.
8. Your content and licence
You retain rights you have in journal content. You grant InnerJourney a limited licence to store, process, transmit and transform it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.
9. Export, deletion and termination
The account page provides a JSON export and an account deletion request. Active recurring billing must first be set to cancel. Deletion covers confirmed InnerJourney-controlled stores and does not promise deletion by independent providers. We may suspend access for a material breach, security risk or legal requirement.
10. Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy or a specific outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, InnerJourney is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a new version and effective date. Material changes may be communicated in the service. Questions: support@innerjourney.space.
